In 2007, Stone and Bethany opened their living room as a studio to teach painting and drawing.  It was the beginning of Bethany’s Studio of Art.  Bethany’s Studio provides private painting classes for Children and Adult in a comfortable art studio.  The studio offers small group lessons.  Up to five people in each class.  Students in Bethany's Studio will have one on one contact with the instructors.

In 2012, Bethany’s Studio moved to a separate space nearby their apartment in Rego Park, NY.  Currently, the studio has 2 locations.  Bethany’s Studio has field activities such as exhibition, museum visit and outdoor painting/drawing section annually to enrich students’ experiences as an art learner and artist.

Art lessons for Children and Youth (Age 6-18)

The basic techniques of Drawing (Graphite pencil, oil pastel, charcoal...) and painting (watercolor, acrylic...) will be taught in the classes.  Besides, we will work on developing student’s individual project and specific portfolio to achieve student’s personal goal.

Art lessons for Adult (Age 19 and up) 

We currently do not have adult specific session. From the fundamental study of drawing, and painting, to professional artwork. Students of any level are welcomed (The beginners or those wishing to become professional). The references of master pieces in Art history will be shown in the classes as well. 

Portfolio Preparation 

We coach students to prepare portfolio for colleges and specialized high school. Fine Art, Design, Fashion, and Architecture majors. High enrollment to Laguardia Arts, FIT, Pratt, SVA and Parsons.
